- Early 2000s — Founded as a utility supply and servicing company in Liberia.
- 2013 — Secured first major long-term commercial contract (Afrique Construction & Maintenance Company).
- 2014–2018 — Awarded cleaning contracts for United Nations Missions in Liberia, the German Embassy, and Roberts International Airport.
- 2018 – Present — Became the contracted cleaning and janitorial services provider for the entire UN Country Team in Liberia, including WHO, UNICEF, UNDP, WFP, FAO, UNHCR, IOM, UNFPA, UNODC, UNESCO, UN Women, UNOPS, UNDSS, OHCHR, and JICA.
- 2025 — Over 100 active cleaning professionals. Expanded service lines across procurement, construction support, environmental services, and safety outfit production.

Twenty years ago, ULTIMATE INVESTMENT AND HOLDING COMPANY began as a humble utility supply and cleaning services company on the streets of Monrovia, Liberia. Today, I am proud to stand before you as the leader of what has become Liberia’s most diversified, most trusted, and most capable indigenous multi-service enterprise.
This is not a story of luck. It is a story of discipline, of integrity, of refusing to compromise on quality even when the easy path would have been to do less. We built this company on the conviction that an indigenous Liberian organization led and staffed by Liberian professionals, can deliver services that meet and exceed the highest international standards. And we have proved it contract by contract, year by year, agency by agency.
Our relationship with the United Nations system in Liberia 15 active agencies served continuously since 2018 is our greatest professional testimony. The UN does not partner lightly. They demand meticulous compliance, unwavering reliability, and zero tolerance for sub-standard delivery. We have not merely satisfied these demands; we have been invited to expand our service scope year after year, because we consistently perform above expectation.

As General Manager and Head of Administration at ULTIMATE INVESTMENT AND HOLDING COMPANY, it is my privilege to lead that engine ensuring that the commitments our CEO articulates are delivered on the ground, every single day, without compromise.
My role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I oversee the day-to-day management of our teams, the coordination of our service delivery across multiple sites and clients, the administrative systems that keep our organization running efficiently, and the human resource development programmes that are building the quality workforce ULTIMATE will rely upon for the next two decades.
What I see daily and what I want our clients and partners to understand is that the professionalism you experience from ULTIMATE at the client-facing level is a direct result of the disciplines we enforce internally. Our training standards are rigorous. Our deployment protocols are precise. Our quality inspection processes are structured and non-negotiable.
We have grown significantly in the past 8 year since I took the rein of operations, expanding both our client base and our operational capability. But growth has never been pursued at the expense of quality. Every new contract we undertake undergoes the same thorough mobilization process. Every new technician we deploy receives rigorous training programme before their first assignment and on- job mentorship.
I am proud of what this team has built, and I remain focused on making ULTIMATE even better more efficient, more skilled, more sustainable, and more responsive to the evolving needs of our clients.
